Who Can Do It
The City of San Francisco , Allows any Homeowner , Renters* Neighborhood group or Association to apply for and recieve
a Sidewalk Landscaping permit . The Cost is on a Sliding scale from 260.00-160.00 Depending on the Number of Properties applying for the Permit .
